Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Returns due to sizing issues, dissatisfaction, or defects are accepted.
• Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refund Process

1. Contact us at support@digojigo.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions.
3. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products.
